“How long have you been in business?”

It is always a smart idea to hire a professional. These are people of any industry who are seasoned veterans and have been doing their job for many years. This question can be asked of any vendor and will help you understand how long they have been in business.

“Do you have a portfolio or website?”

Whether it is a physical portfolio or an online one, this is a very easy way to see the vendors passed work. This can be in the form of videos, photos or even a website. It is a great point of reference for you and an easy way to share the information with other members involved in planning your event.

“Do you have any references or testimonials?”
